                                                                         Park Features

Deception Pass State Park spans over 4000 acres at the north end of Whidbey Island and the south end of Fidalgo Island, as well as several islands offshore. There are several special areas in the park worth getting to know. Exploring the park in detail can take a lifetime of discovery.  The park and its 35 miles trails system are only a 10 minute drive from Anacortes, or a 20 minute drive from Oak Harbor. Make them a part of your hiking system!  See our Maps page  for quality maps of the park.
